You are very diligent and professional and know what questions need to be asked to achieve a well orchestrated, free flowing, non-stressful event, and this all happened in the midst of a family tragedy.  During your mourning period you still maintained personal contact with effective communication. I appreciated your interviewing me to gain a better understanding of my vision of the event and then our exchanging ideas and making decisions.  You did a superb JOB.
